Returns

• You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• The time it takes for the refund to reflect depends on your card issuer’s policies.

 Shipping

• You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
