Description
Seeing and understanding has always proven to be more effective to retain information, than reading and memorizing. UG students who are introduced to oral histology for the first time, can feel overwhelmed with the amount of information; especially so when they have to imagine everything. Although textbooks carry numerous good photomicrographs, it is very difficult to understand which is what in these pictures, unless the student is guided by a good teacher who can patiently explain each.
